Terms and Conditions for Competition Entrants
All ai.io brands, products and services are owned and operated by Project 23rd Century Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 10911841, registered address 60 Wensleydale Road, Hampton, Middlesex, United Kingdom, TW12 2LX.
These terms and conditions (this "Agreement") governs the relationship between Project 23rd Century Limited ("P23C", "we", "our" or "us"), and you ("entrant", "you" or "your") concerning the aiScout Nations Cup Competition ("Competition").
- The Host is: Project 23rd Century Ltd (company no. 10911841) whose registered office is at Wensleydale Road, Hampton, Middlesex, United Kingdom, TW12 2LX.
- The competition is open around the world for entrants aged 8–16 years old, subject to any parental consent requirements applicable under local law, except employees of ai.io and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Entries will be considered void where prohibited by law or restricted by applicable sanctions regulations.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The Competition
- The Competition is a skill-based football tournament consisting of three levels. Participants must successfully complete each level before progressing to the next level. Scores (on a scale of 1–10) will be recorded and ranked on the Competition leaderboard.
- Scores will be calculated using the aiScout assessment methodology in force during the Competition Period. The Host's determination of scores shall be final unless a manifest technical error is identified.
- The Host reserves the right to investigate suspected cheating, score manipulation, use of multiple accounts, automation, falsified submissions or any activity that undermines the integrity of the Competition.
- Where required by applicable law, parental or guardian consent must be obtained before participation and before any prize is awarded.
- Leaderboards may display usernames, rankings and scores. Participants should not use their real name or personal information as a username.
- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the aiScout app.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person, via their nominative aiScout Player account. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- The Competition opens on the 17th June 2026 at 2pm GMT and closes on the 20th July 2026 at 2pm GMT. Entries outside this period are invalid.
Rules
- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
- The Competition is open only to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Schedule 1. The Host may require proof of age, identity, residency and eligibility at any time. Any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements will be disqualified.
- Participation is free unless expressly stated otherwise. No purchase is required. Participants must use a valid account and comply with all aiScout App (the "App") rules.
- Participants must complete the tournament levels and achieve scores in accordance with the rules set out below. The Host's systems shall determine progression, rankings and scores.
- Download the aiScout app and create your profile.
- Enter the Nations Cup Competition, which can be found in the homepage and the Club section of the aiScout app, and complete each of the three levels. Each level will only become available to those who rank in the higher percentile in the preceding level.
- Leaderboards may display usernames, rankings, scores and other competition-related information. Participants are responsible for ensuring usernames are appropriate and lawful.
- Scoring is weighted by age to ensure fair access and opportunity to all children within the age bracket. The age-adjustment methodology forms part of the aiScout assessment methodology referred to in Clause 7.
- Participants must not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, manipulate scores, create multiple accounts, collude with others, interfere with the App, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Competition.
- The Host may investigate suspected breaches, request information, suspend accounts, adjust scores, remove entries and disqualify participants where reasonably necessary.
- The Host's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Liability
- The Host shall not be liable for failures caused by device issues, connectivity problems, application outages, corrupted uploads or events beyond its reasonable control.
- The Host reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Host's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Host.
The Prize
- The prize is 1 (one) sportswear voucher with an approximate retail value equivalent to £200 GBP.
- Where the advertised voucher cannot legally or practically be redeemed in a winner's country, the Promoter may provide an equivalent prize of comparable value.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The Host is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The Winners
- The participant with the highest verified score in the male category and the participant with the highest verified score in the female category shall each receive one prize. Where two or more participants achieve the same overall leaderboard score, the Promoter shall compare the underlying drill performance metrics used to generate that score. If participants remain tied after comparison of the underlying drill metrics, the Host may determine the winner by random draw.
- The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by aiScout. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Winners may be required to provide evidence of eligibility, identity, residency and compliance with these Terms before a prize is awarded.
- The Host will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
- The winner may be asked to consent to the use of his/her name and image or likeness in any publicity material, via parental or guardian consent if applicable, as well as their entry. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the aiScout Privacy Notice.
Data Privacy
- When you enter this competition by fulfilling the steps outlined in the Rules (clauses 13–16 inclusive), you give your consent for ai.io to process your personal information for the purposes of the competition. By creating an aiScout Player account in the app, you also give your consent to ai.io to use your personal information for the purposes of the app.
- Personal data submitted as part of the Competition will be processed in accordance with the aiScout Privacy Notice for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying eligibility, operating leaderboards, selecting winners and delivering prizes.
- When you use our app your results may be made available to scouts from football Clubs and other sporting organisations seeking to scout new talent via our app.
- If you are under the age of digital consent in your country or territory, parental consent will automatically be required for the creation of an aiScout Player account.
- If you wish to withdraw your consent at a later date, you can simply delete your account in the app; alternatively you can make a data erasure request to our Data Privacy Officer at dpo@ai.io.

Schedule 1 – Eligibility
General Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Competition, a participant must:
- have a valid registered account with the App;
- be between 8 and 16 years old at the time of entry;
- be a legal resident of an Eligible Territory listed below;
- comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws;
- not be an employee, officer, director, contractor or agent of the Host, its affiliated companies, or any organisation involved in the administration of the Competition, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
- not be subject to any sanctions, export control restrictions or legal prohibitions that would prevent participation in the Competition or receipt of a Prize.
Eligible Territories
Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Competition is open to individuals residing in countries and territories where the aiScout App is officially available and operated by the Host, except where participation is prohibited by law or restricted by applicable sanctions regulations. The Host reserves the right to add or remove territories where necessary for legal, regulatory or operational reasons.
Excluded Territories
The Competition is not open to residents of:
- any territory subject to applicable UK sanctions restrictions;
- any territory where participation would be prohibited by law;
- any territory in which the Host cannot lawfully deliver or facilitate redemption of the Prize;
- any territory designated by the Host as excluded for legal, regulatory, taxation, sanctions or operational reasons.
Without limitation, the Host may exclude participation from territories that become subject to sanctions, trade restrictions, export controls or other legal restrictions during the Competition Period.
Age Requirements
The Competition is open to individuals aged between eight (8) and sixteen (16) years old. Scoring is weighted by age to ensure fair access and opportunity to all children within the age bracket. Where required by applicable law, parental or guardian consent must be obtained before participation, in line with the age of digital consent in the user's country of residence.
Verification
The Host may require any participant to provide evidence of:
- age;
- identity;
- residency;
- eligibility;
- compliance with these Terms.
Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the requested timeframe may result in disqualification.
Sanctions and Compliance Screening
The Host reserves the right to:
- verify participant eligibility;
- refuse participation;
- withhold, cancel or recover a Prize; and/or
- disqualify a participant,
where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable sanctions laws, export control laws, anti-fraud requirements or other legal obligations.
Changes to Eligibility
Where required by law or regulatory guidance, the Host may amend this Schedule 1 – Eligibility during the Competition Period. Any material changes will be communicated through the App or by other reasonable means.
